Frank brings decades of leadership across golf course and resort operations. He served as Senior Vice President of Commercial Services for Horticultural Asset Management — overseeing networks of arborists, agronomists, and course engineers — and as Corporate Director of Agronomy and Landscaping for Boca Resorts, with earlier corporate agronomy roles at Hilton Worldwide and Blackstone’s Luxury Resorts. His resort portfolio includes The Boca Raton Resort & Club and Carneros Resort & Spa in Napa. Frank holds a degree in Turfgrass Management from Michigan State University.
Jay brings years of consulting experience to Marquee, with a career spanning golf membership sales leadership, executive staffing, and the management of complex transactions. He works closely with owners on business development and deal structure, keeping every engagement aligned to the long-term value of the property.
Based in North Texas, Bryan leads executive search and operations, pairing deep sales and business-development experience with a lifelong immersion in golf. He spent more than eight years as a sales director building and training national sales teams, and has directed business development across landscape design and consumer brands. A former Nike Golf staff player and national brand ambassador, Bryan holds a B.A. in communications and business from Arizona State University.
